BIL Business Class

BIL is an aeroplane with lots of character.  A rescued aeroplane, too happy to have been repurposed and decorated with love and passion - with a goal of creating an unforgettable experience. The cabins are set up beyond Business Class standards, meaning that you can enjoy luxury amenities and service whenever you're staying with us. 


There are 6 cabins in total, named after 6 different cloud formations.  There is more information on the cloud you're staying in, displayed in the cabins. Experience true novelty within a truly unique environment - the heart of the African bush veld.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All reservations must be confirmed in writing.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.

  • Full payment is required 6 weeks before guests arrive.

  • If the arrival date is less than 45 days from making the reservation, then full payment is required.

  • In the event of early departure, no refunds or partial refunds will be done.

 

Policy Information:

  • Bookings guaranteed by direct transfer / Cash Deposit / Credit Card.

Please Note:

  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates include government taxes where applicable. If taxes increase, we reserve the right to increase the rate accordingly.

  • We reserve the right to review rates at any given point without notice.

  • Check-in time: 14:00 – 19:00.

  • Check out time: 11:00.

  • Guest Business Hours:  Open 24hrs.

  • Public Business Hours:  11h00 - 20h00 | Tuesday to Sunday.

  • Children of all ages welcome.

  • Making use of Aerotel rates will imply acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

 

Rates Exclude:

  • All unspecified beverages, laundry, activities, curio purchases, room service and meals not mentioned.

  • Travel Insurance.

  • Day excursions, wellness treatments, all other ground transfers & gratuities.

  • Transport to/from Aerotel.

  • All drinks.

  • Cabin Honesty Bar.

Booking T's & C's

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fee applies on the full value of the booking.

  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior arrival.

  • 75% cancellation fee is cancelled less than 45 days prior arrival.

  • 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival or no show.

To make reservation please provide the following information:

  • Surname and Name as they appear in the passport or Identity Document.

  • Nationality.

  • Any special dietary requirements or special requests.

  • Mobile contact number.  

 

The balance of the account must be paid, in advance, no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. All other extras must be settled with Aerotel prior to your departure. 

Please note that a reservation is not confirmed or secured until this deposit requirement has been paid in full. Aerotel reserves the right, without notice to the Company / guest / group /independent traveller (hereinafter referred to as “the guest”), to release any accommodation held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.

Payments:

Payments can be made by either:

  • Credit Card, in which event the Company / Guest must advise Aerotel of the card type, card number, card expiry date, cardholders name and passport number.  The Company / Guest must request a credit card authorization form from Aerotel reservation department.  This form must be completed and returned be e-mail to our office.

  • Bank transfers – Account details will be sent on request.

  • Cheques will not be accepted as method of payment.

  • Payments must be made in South African Rands and a copy of the deposit slip e-mailed to our office.
